About us

About 3 Star Harmony Solutions.

Coming home from hospital brings a lot of questions. We're a family-owned team of DVA community nurses in Lalor. We care for veterans, war widows and widowers in their own homes.

Who we are

Two Registered Nurses, husband and wife.

Sujith and Blessy are both Registered Nurses, with about 25 years of nursing experience each. Blessy has spent much of her career in aged care. Together they run 3 Star Harmony Solutions. They read referrals, get back to you, and assess new clients at home themselves.

Our story

Why Sujith and Blessy started 3 Star Harmony.

Sujith and Blessy grew up close to their grandparents. That taught them to treat older people with respect, affection and patience. Losing their grandparents made that feeling stronger.

Both became Registered Nurses. They've cared for older people in hospitals, in aged care and in the community.

They started 3 Star Harmony Solutions to bring that care into people's homes in Melbourne's north. They work closely with each client's GP. They're building a small team of nurses who share their values. They want care at home to feel like family is looking after you.

Our name

What our name and logo mean.

In the armed forces, stars show rank, leadership and honour. For many of our clients, stars are a reminder of their own service. Our three stars also stand for our three values: Respect, Restore, Thrive.

Harmony means balance across physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. We care about how someone feels, as well as the tasks in the care plan. Solutions is about practical care that fits the person and their home.

The gold in our logo stands for honour. The green figure stands for growth and care. The navy stands for professionalism and calm.

Our promise is Respect, Restore, Thrive. Respect means we honour the dignity, history and individuality of every client, especially those who served our country. Restore means skilled, kind nursing care that supports health and quality of life at home. Thrive means we plan care to help clients keep living the life they want at home.
